DataClosing is an App available in the BoondManager marketplace. Only Manager profiles with access to the Administration can make it available to you.

How it works

DataClosing allows you to close (they are subsequently permanently unmodifiable & non-deletable) the following documents:

  • Timesheets

  • Expense notes 

  • Invoices (the state and date of received payment remain the only editable fields)

Configuring the app

Authorize your managers and/or resources to access it by going to your Administration > Apps/Marketplace > Dataclosing 

Click on the access configuration button Capture_d_e_cran_2020-06-08_a__11.36.25.png and indicate who will have access to the App.


  • By choosing "Accessible for all managers": all your collaborators with a Manager account can use the App.

  • By choosing "Accessible only for authorized managers": it's up to you to activate the App for the managers of your choice directly in the Managers/Roles > Manager or Role card > Apps tab, then check at the end of the corresponding line.

Using the app

Viewing documents

Authorized managers only need to go to the application to access the list of closed documents (depending on their access rights).


Closing a document

 To close a document: 


  1. Choose the desired document category from timesheets, expense reports, or invoices.
  2. Use the filters to select the perimeter and period concerned.
  3. Click on the checkbox on the left to individually or in bulk select the documents to be closed.
  4. Click on the edit button and indicate "yes."
