This article details the four possibilities available to you for generating invoices for your Time and Materials (T&M) / Delegation of skills projects.

Apps > PostProduction app
You have two methods for generating invoices with PostProduction:
- Generate individual invoices by clicking on the "Generate Invoices" button on each concerned row.
- Generate invoices in bulk by clicking on the orange "Generate Invoices" button.
Each invoice generated through this app is automatically created in the "Proforma" state, meaning without an invoice reference, so you can validate them from the Billing module > Invoices view.
If the "Generate Invoices" icon is grayed out:
- Either you are missing an order correlating the delivery(ies) to your project (from this app, it is possible to generate invoices only for deliveries correlated to an order)
- Or an invoice has already been issued during the selected month.
Billing module > Invoices view

From the "Billing" module > Invoices view, with the filters, adjust the period to the one you want to invoice.

Identify invoices not generated for the selected month for your Time and Materials (T&M) / Delegation of skills projects (Check our "Invoices Verification" article).

Click on the orders for which there is a discrepancy between Production turnover and Invoiced turnover -> 1

Enter the order to create the invoice (see option 3 below).
- Check the information automatically retrieved on the invoice form displayed on the screen (period, sales rate, quantity, expenses, VAT...) and complete any missing information.
- Click the "Save" button or press the "Enter" key on your keyboard.

Preview the invoice in PDF format and/or send it directly by email to your client.
Projects module > Project card > Billing tab -> click on the order in question

Click on the "+" button and select "Invoice"

Select the desired month or billing schedule in the pop-up window.

Click on the "Create" button.
- Check the information automatically retrieved on the invoice form displayed on the screen (period, sales rate, quantity, expenses, VAT...) and complete any missing information.
- Click the "Create" button.

Preview the invoice in PDF format and/or send it directly by email to your client.
Verify that all timesheets and expense reports for resources assigned to the project have been approved in the Activities & Expenses module or through the ExtractPayroll App.
Your resource's approved timesheet > click on the "Invoice" button
- Click on the "Invoice" button
- Select the corresponding order in the window that appears on the screen.
- Click on "Create"
Projects module > Project card > Billing tab > Order card > Invoice
- Check the information automatically retrieved on the invoice form displayed on the screen (period, sales rate, quantity, expenses, VAT...) and complete any missing information.
- Click the "Save" button or press the "Enter" key on your keyboard.

Preview the invoice in PDF format and/or send it directly by email to your client.
