How it works

BackupBDD allows you to initiate backups of your data (your database and your DMS files):

  • Manual backup for authorized managers
  • Weekly or monthly automatic backup
  • Access to backup data from the download center
  • Sending an email and notification after each backup
  • Possibility to define direct anonymous access to backup data, very useful for developing an automatic processing application
Configuration & Accessibility


This button will allow you to configure:

  • Which manager will find the exported backups in their download center
  • The frequency of automatic backups
  • Allow or disallow manual backups
  • Create a visitor access in the download center



Authorize your managers and/or resources to access it by going to your Administration > Apps/Marketplace > BackupBDD.

Click on the access configuration button Capture_d_e_cran_2020-06-08_a__11.36.25.png and indicate who will have access to the app.


  • By choosing "Accessible for all managers": all your collaborators with a Manager account can use the App.

  • By choosing "Accessible only for authorized managers": it's up to you to activate the App for the managers of your choice directly in the Managers/Roles > Manager or Role card > Apps tab, then check at the end of the corresponding line.
