With the BoondManager app, you can enter your time, expenses and leave requests directly from your mobile device.
Summary
First, download the app.
For Apple phones: we invite you to go to the Apple Store to download the BoondManager app on your smartphone.
For Android phones: we invite you to go to Google Play to download the BoondManager app on your smartphone.
Then, simply enter your BoondManager login and password – the same ones you use to access the web platform.
Good to know
If you log in via a trusted third party on the web, you will also need to use that trusted third party to log in on mobile.

Home
On the home page, you'll find a summary of your alerts, an overview of time – expenses – absences, and your notifications via the bell icon in the top right. -
My Activity
Find the 3 sections: Time – Expenses – Absences
Plus a list of approved, pending, or rejected entries with past month history. -
Digital Workplace
View company-shared documents with a single tap. -
Notification Center
Get notified of any validation or rejection of your activity.
- Go to My Activity = Time
- Select the desired month + Add
- Your project will be displayed by default in Project/Activity Type
- Fill in the available days to complete your whole month in one go
- You can also enter time day by day if you need more granularity
- Save then submit your timesheet once it's 100% complete
- A summary of your activity and declared absences will appear at the bottom
- See the approval workflow for your timesheet at the bottom of the page
Good to know
By default, requested absences will appear directly on the timesheet when created.
If an absence is requested after the timesheet has been created, an alert will appear: “Some declared absences are missing from your timesheet.” You’ll be able to add them via “+ Add missing absences”.
Don’t forget!
Saving the timesheet does not mean submitting it.
First you save, then you submit for validation!

- See the approval workflow for your leave request at the bottom of the page
Good to know
Your leave balance is accessible via the three dots menu in the top-right.
Days already booked or pending validation will be greyed out and cannot be selected again.

⏳ As long as your request has not been approved, you can edit or delete it.
🗑️ Open it from your absences list, tap the three dots, and delete it.
- Go to My Activity = Expenses
- Click + Add expense
- Declare actual expenses with receipt and take a picture of your receipt (OCR will auto-fill the form).
If not linked to a project, select "internal" as activity. - Declare actual expenses without receipt and fill in the purchase date.
Again, select "internal" if not tied to a project. - Declare flat-rate expenses linked to your timesheet by adding them manually.
- Save and submit your expense report for approval.
- View the approval workflow at the bottom of the page.

I can't see my leave balances?
If you don’t see them in the top-right menu, it means your admin hasn’t enabled this function.
Leave balance data is provided for reference only and does not replace your payslip.
Can I unsubmit a timesheet, leave request or expense report?
As long as the document hasn’t been approved, you can unsubmit it, make changes, and submit again.
Once it’s been validated by your internal approver, it can no longer be edited.
I don’t see the exceptional activity option on my timesheet
This feature needs to be activated. Please contact your admin to enable it.
How can I check if my client signed the timesheet?
On your timesheet, a green checkmark will appear, and the attachment will show "document signed".
I'm a freelancer and I can’t find the “Invoices” section.
A little patience!
This feature is not yet available on the mobile app. In the meantime, use the web version to submit your invoice via the “My invoices” tab.
