Here is a long-awaited evolution and we're proud to present it to you.
From now on, you'll be able to create a new action or to go back to the previous page from an action you've just saved!
This way, you can:
-
Save / go back
-
Save / create a reminder
-
Save / create another action
This will surely save you some time ! Here is what it looks like:
This app offers a simplified version of BoondManager to enter your times, expenses and absence requests (with an access to the absence balances and the app Survey!).
You'll also have the opportunity to navigate on the other available modules (CRM, Resources, Candidates, Opportunities, Positionings…) by going onto the web version.
To download the app, please go to your marketplace.
For those using iOS
For those of you who have not downloaded it yet, this app is also available for iOS. Do not wait any longer and go to your apple store.
This new version will allow you to secure even more your billing data.
A new right "Unlock an invoice" is now available :)
That way you can prevent a Manager from changing an invoice from a locked state (e.g. "Sent to client") to an unlocked state (e.g. "Creation")
To configure the states considered as "locked", you need to go to the administration side > Legal Agencies > Billing tab:
You can configure this right ("Unlock an invoice") from the section Managers / Roles > Module settings > Billing > Authorisations:
Default setting
This right is given by default. Thus if you wish to secure more your data, ask your administrator to remove this right. We advise you to activate it only for specific cases and purposes.
