With this new feature, you can:
- View the weighted revenue of opportunities by status in your pipeline
- Automate the weight updates based on the opportunities' statuses
- Configure the weights from the admin panel
You've been waiting for this one!! You can now merge candidate profiles, just like you do with CRM contacts or companies. Say goodbye to duplicates 🎊
Several new indicators are now available in your Commercial Summary Reports this month:
- "Nb active opportunities": Number of active opportunities at the end of the period. "Active" statuses are defined in Administration > Global Settings > Opportunities/Projects tab

"Nb opportunities [Status]":
- For active statuses, this shows the number of opportunities in that status at the end of a period (e.g., number of ongoing opportunities this month)
- For inactive statuses, this shows the number of opportunities that transitioned into that status during the period (e.g., number of won opportunities last month)
These indicators show the number of opportunities in those statuses during the observed period. They don’t replace the existing indicators, now renamed "Nb created opportunities [Status]", which count how many opportunities created in the period currently have that status.
Similar indicators exist for placements: "Nb active placements" and "Nb placements [Status]".
Protecting personal data is more important than ever. We now offer a feature that allows you to track data collection for your candidates and maintain a consent registry 📖.
HR MANAGEMENT
You can now create mandatory leave for all or part of your resources. No more manual additions to manage mandatory days off or enforced paid leave during company closures 🥳.
Our forms keep evolving, and you can now share them through discussion threads. It's a great way to communicate with, for example, your HR contact about a training request for one of your team members 🙋.

With this new time entry interface, log your activity on your mobile in just a few seconds: see clearly what you’ve entered and avoid forgetting. Everything is smoother and designed to help you save time 🔥.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
This season's motto: save you time ⏱️! You can now convert multiple placements into services 🔥!! When you mark a opportunitiy as won, you can now select one or several positionnings to convert into deliveries.
Another new feature to save project managers time: it’s now possible to extend a group and all its related services. By updating the group’s dates, all the services will automatically be updated as well. No more manual updates, especially for service dates — you’ll be more efficient 💪!
