Navigation
For the Candidates, Resources, CRM, Opportunities and Positionings modules, you can now choose between the current view (list) and the Kanban view.
Overall explanation
The Kanban view will enable you to:
- See the total per State in your pipeline
- Change a card's state thanks to Drag and Drop
- Sort your cards according to different criteria
Here is how the cards work
Every card gives you information about:
- The creation date
- How updated is the data via the chevrons. This way, you can view the latest and upcoming action type.
Good to know:
The chevrons give you a time-related indication. As follows:
- Action (past / upcoming ) within 1 week
- Action (past / upcoming ) between 2 weeks and 3 months
- Action (past / upcoming ) more than 3 months
- No action has been done or is to be done
- The number of active positionings (for the Candidates/Ressources cards)
To help you save time when you navigate from one card to the other, you can now use the arrows to switch from cards to cards.
How to use the arrows
When you're viewing a card, you can now easily switch to another one. Boond will save the tab you're on.
Daily use
This feature is very useful for recruitment, prospecting or when validating timesheets.
Indeed, we save the tab you're on.
This way, for recruitment, when you've selected a number of profiles to view, you can switch from profiles to profiles and compare the technical data and skills.
Actions
For all of the modules, you now have the possibility to create templates and then to associate them to an action type.
Create personal templates
Directly from the action
From your configuration
First name > Configuration > Actions templates tab
Create shared templates
If you wish to create templates available for all of the managers, you need to do so from the Administration interface.
Administration > Advanced configuration > Templates tab
Using the templates
When you need to create an action, you'll have the possibility to use a template.
Once you've selected it, the following fields will be pre-filled by the selected template:
- action type
- description
You'll just have to key in the content/body of the action.
Beware:
Once the template has been selected, be careful not to select another one or you'll lose the text you had already entered.
If this happened, no worries, we've thought about it and you'll just need to click on the backwards arrow :)
From now on, all of the actions (direct or indirect) will be concatenated on the companies cards.
This way, you'll be able to view actions linked to:
- Contact
- Project
- Opportunities
- Orders
- Invoices
Feel free to use the advanced filters to filter per specific action type but also to view the actions linked to the subsidiaries.
To optimise your navigation, you can now click on the titles or sub-titles of the actions to open the related cards and this way directly go to:
- The Information tab of the relevant card
- The company for the actions on CRM contacts
Look, this is a little secret as this feature will only be available at the end of August / beginning of September, but we thought you'd still be happy to know about it .
We're very happy to announce you that very soon, you'll be able to view the actions linked to companies, contacts and resources directly from the mobile app.
Users rights and permissions
We have decided to give more accuracy to the rights related to the CRM.
From now on, you can:

choose with more precision the access given to the CRM companies. You can now completely hide all of the companies the manager is not responsible for.
It's important to know that by hiding all of the companies, your manager will not be warned when a potential duplicate will be created.

authorise or not the creation of companies and/or contacts
Configuration on the admin interface
To give more accuracy in the way you display the data in the opportunities, we now give you the possibility to authorise your users to:
- only see the company name linked to the opportunity

see the company and the contact name linked to the opportunity

see neither the company nor the contact name linked to the opportunity

Other improvements
This is a first version, but it was very important for us to better communicate with you and thus give you a clear vision of the new features but also and foremost the ones coming up.
From this Portal, you'll be able to :
In order to avoid repetitive actions, we've added the possibility to transpose the extraction (transpose columns and lines displayed on your screen) in order to use filters on your extract.
By default, the feature is selected when extracting the data.
To make it easier for you not only to clean your referential but also to keep your history, you can now archive some elements of the "Global settings" (ex: actions types, states, tools, activity areas, expertise areas, ...)
