As it was already available for Resources, you can now associate a Type to the Candidates: Internal Consultant, External Consultant, Sales manager... and therefore carry out a search by candidate type. Also, you can create freelance contract for candidates.
Differenciate internal, external, sales people, recruiters,...
Filter by candidates types
You can also (just like for Resources) filter by Type in the Candidates module.
Generate a freelance contract
This will make it easier to manage externals as of the recruitment phase (with a current and desired daily price and the possibility to generate a contract with a daily price). As of now, you can create a proposed contract and generate it.
Telephone numbers recognition
Whatever phone you have, when a candidate, resource or CRM contact calls you on your cell, our BoondManager app will display the contact details of the identified caller.
Opportunities module is now available
From the mobile app, you can now:
- have access to the Opportunities module
- see the existing opportunities on the CRM companies & contacts
- see the existing Positionnings on the opportunities cards
