Through the BoondManager mobile app, you can manage your entire activity from your smartphone.
Summary
For Apple phones: we invite you to go to the Apple Store to download the BoondManager app 🦊 on your smartphone.
For Android phones: we invite you to go to Google Play to download the BoondManager app 🦊 on your smartphone.
Once in the app, you can customize it to make it as relevant as possible based on your use.
You can in particular:
- Choose which elements appear on your dashboard to view your daily key data at a glance.
- Configure your navigation bar to quickly access the modules that matter to you.
Customize my profile
The homepage of your application is your dashboard. To access your customization area, you need to:Â
- Click on "... More"
- Click on the settings wheel on your screen
You are now in the "Settings" section of your app. Â

From your settings area, you can configure the items displayed on your dashboard and navigation bar.Â
- Click on the dedicated space to access the list of modules displayed by default on your dashboard. You can then edit or add new ones.
- Click on the dedicated space to quickly access the modules most relevant to your activity.
From your BoondManager app, you can log your time, expenses and absences and submit them for approval.Â

Your BoondManager app lets you carry around your "CANDIDATES" & "CRM" modules.Â
You can navigate these modules just like in the web version.
Manage my candidates
In the "Candidates" module, you’ll find your profile database on which you can run searches using filters.Â
In a "Candidate" profile, you’ll find all information about the person: title, contact info, social networks...
You can also quickly contact the candidate via:Â
- SMS
- Phone call
 Caller ID recognition
Did you know?Â
The BoondManager mobile app includes an automatic caller recognition feature. If your candidate's number is saved in your BoondManager interface, their name will display on your phone screen when they call. No need to save them in your phone contacts!
Within a "Candidate" profile, you can also find all actions linked to them. You can also create a new action directly from the app.

Track my CRM
In the "CRM" module, you’ll find your BoondManager database, searchable via filters.Â
You can access:
- Your CRM - Companies
- Your CRM - Contacts
In a "Contact" profile, you’ll find all information related to the person: title, contact info, needs and associated actions.
You can also contact a contact directly via:Â
- SMS
- Phone call
In a "Contact" profile, you can also view all actions related to the profile. You can also create a new one directly from your app.
 Tip
On mobile, save time by logging actions taken with your CRM contacts using the voice dictation function. No need to type everything out! Â
As a manager, if you want to easily monitor your team, good news: you can do it all from your BoondManager app!
Track your team's timesheets, review their expense reports, and get notified about their leave requests.
Just like in your web interface, you’ll find all your team’s activity data right in your pocket, with the ability to approve them directly!
Track timesheets
Access your collaborators' timesheets through the app, just like in the "Activity and Expenses" module in your browser.Â
Use the "Validation" view to access the documents you need to review:
You can open a timesheet to review your team’s monthly activity and validate it right from the mobile app.
Track expense reports
Access your collaborators' expense reports just like in the "Activity and Expenses" module of your browser.Â
You can open a report to review expenses added by your team and validate them directly from the app.
Track leave requests
Access your collaborators’ leave requests just like in the "Activity and Expenses" module of your browser. You can also find them in the "Validation" view of your app.Â
You can open a request to review the requested days and approve them directly from the mobile app.
 Caller ID doesn’t work.
The instructions vary depending on your phone model. Please check the following:Â

Make sure caller ID is enabled in the app settings.
The number will display even on a locked screen.

Case 2: Android / Nokia, Motorola, Google
Make sure caller ID is enabled in the app settings.
The number will display even on a locked screen.
🚨 Note: We no longer support Android versions older than 8.0. -
Case 3: Android / Samsung, Oppo...
These models do not follow Google's standards for caller recognition, so it only works with an unlocked phone.
You can alternatively download the official "Phone" app by Google from the Play Store and set it as the default in Boond’s settings. - Still not working? Please contact our support team.
